{"id":10756,"date":"2023-11-22T15:46:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T19:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/panoramatv.com.do\/?p=10756"},"modified":"2023-11-22T15:46:27","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T19:46:27","slug":"tc-y-el-codessd-firmaron-acuerdo-para-fomentar-estudio-de-la-constitucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/panoramatv.com.do\/index.php\/2023\/11\/22\/tc-y-el-codessd-firmaron-acuerdo-para-fomentar-estudio-de-la-constitucion\/","title":{"rendered":"TC y el CODESSD firmaron acuerdo para fomentar estudio de la Constituci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>SANTO DOMINGO.<\/strong>&nbsp;El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) y el Consejo de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social de Santo Domingo (CODESSD) firmaron un acuerdo interinstitucional con el objetivo de desarrollar proyectos formativos para fomentar el estudio de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El magistrado presidente del TC, Dr. Milton Ray Guevara, y el presidente del CODESSD, Samuel Sena,&nbsp;rubricaron el convenio en el que ambas instituciones expresan su compromiso de promover los valores de la carta magna y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la justicia constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo, que tiene una vigencia de dos a\u00f1os, establece que ambas instituciones unir\u00e1n esfuerzos para desarrollar proyectos de docencia, investigaci\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n, intercambio de formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como publicaciones de inter\u00e9s mutuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras firmar el documento, el magistrado Ray Guevara precis\u00f3 que esta alta corte est\u00e1 para servir y que a todos los convenios que ha rubricado con diferentes entidades les da contenido, impartiendo conferencias, cursos y talleres sobre temas constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.panoramatv.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/0-46-1024x614.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10757\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO.&nbsp;El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) y el Consejo de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social de Santo Domingo (CODESSD) firmaron un acuerdo interinstitucional con el objetivo de desarrollar proyectos formativos para fomentar el estudio de la Constituci\u00f3n.
