(ADRE), una subsidiaria de The AES Corporation en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, para financiar el dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de tres nuevos proyectos de energ\u00eda renovable no convencional (ERNC) por un total de 240 MWac de capacidad instalada, y para refinanciar la deuda a corto plazo de tres proyectos adicionales de energ\u00eda renovable por un total de 150 MWac de capacidad instalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.panoramatv.com.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-34-991x743.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10746\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">default<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El paquete de financiamiento consta de US$37 millones de BID Invest y US$331 millones movilizados de 21 instituciones financieras. BID Invest, junto con el Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex), JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. (JP Morgan) y The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), lideraron el proceso de suscripci\u00f3n como joint lead arrangers y bookrunners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transacci\u00f3n tuvo una sobresuscripci\u00f3n 2,0 veces mayor con m\u00e1s de US$485 millones en pedidos.
