Nurys del Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez quien ofreci\u00f3 las palabras de bienvenida resalt\u00f3 y agradeci\u00f3 el aporte realizado por los exrectores Dr. Baltazar Gonz\u00e1lez Camilo, el Dr. Pedro Antonio Guti\u00e9rrez, la Dra. Ana Dolores Guzm\u00e1n y el Dr. Julio S\u00e1nchez Mar\u00ed\u00f1ez, a lo largo de la historia de la instituci\u00f3n; as\u00ed como el trabajo de conceptualizaci\u00f3n filos\u00f3fica del soci\u00f3logo y acad\u00e9mico, Dr. Marcos Villam\u00e1n,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Dra.
